Service Description

We offer a one to one coaching consultancy service to business owners/senior management of an organisation where you will receive a bespoke coaching service at your location. We look at all the pain points in your organisation around, productivity, mindset, office/work culture, staff morale and work with you to put an action plan in place. If you are looking to improve the culture in your organisation and create a place with an open door policy for mental health and wellbeing then we will work with you to implement this plan. We look at creating a safe space for your employees to receive the support they need and increase productivity as well as decrease absence due to stress. Our service is bespoke to your company needs and structure. We will offer training and focus groups and create a package which you are happy with. Prices for coaching consultancy start from £555 per session which is a half day session which takes place monthly, or can be a full day session at £750.
