Service Description
Level 1 Mental Health Training for your organisation is a half day course where you will learn the importance of Mental Health. Promoting good Mental Health is essential in creating a positive work culture and create positive relationships within the work place. On this course you will learn about how to spot the signs of Mental Health illness and understand about self-care. You will also learn about depression, stress and suicide. We will come to your location and deliver the training to your employees. Prices start from £50pp with a minimum of 8 delegates. For larger groups we offer a discount. Maximum number of delegates per course is 20. This is ensure everyone is getting the best out of the training. Depending on location there may be additional cost for travel which can be discussed upon enquiry.
